Leeeeeg Day!

Worked out the legs with John today.... I'm thinking I might feel this one tomorrow!! So far today: Kashi Go Lean with Almond milk for breakfast. A piece of Ezeikel Toast. 1 cup Sweet potatoes. Protein shake.

Later: Mixed greens with broccoli, green beans and brussel sprouts, a little Mrs. Dash and grapefruit juice. Actually really yummy! Then another protein shake.

Walking at my target HR tonight for some fat burning cardio. Looking for about an hours worth of walking.
