7am - 1 Apple - 1 can Salmon - 2 cups Brussel Sprouts 930am - Protein Shake
1230 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1 apple
200 - Optimizer shake
330 - 1/2 cup steel cut oats, 1/2 cup blueberries and 1/2 scoop protein, 5 pieces pineapple
6:00 - 3 cups broccoli, 1 can salmon, 1 cup sweet potatoes
1000- 1/2 scoop protein
Worked out triceps and shoulders today. I love working my shoulders, but I hate that one of them is slightly injured from a small pull a few weeks ago/ old injury. Bleh. My triceps were once again pushed to fatigue and loved it!
