Show info, progress and measurements

Hi!!!!! I know, it's been a while. My life has been.... well.... how do I say it other than insanity?! I've been non-stop working, not only training clients but training myself, trying to stick to my diet (so hard!!!!) from one job to the next all while trying to move in and settle into my new place and still have time for my love bug pupper dog. Gaaaaaa!!!! BUT... I've got some time now so that's all that matters. My workouts have been pretty on point with the exception of a day or two because of back pain. During my move I lifted my dresser in a way that every trainer tells you NOT to lift. I lost my balance on the way up and put all of the weight into my lower back.  :(   Needless to say, it really really is important to lift with your legs and not your back - it's not a fun feeling to have trouble standing up.

My diet on the other hand.... I've been trying my best to stay on point but it's been hard. I can go on and on with the reasons why, but I'd rather say I'm back on track with 5 weeks to go!!!! OHEMGEEEE!!!! 5 WEEKS!!!!!

So - the date of my show is May 21st in East Brunswick at the East Brunswick High School. Tickets are $30 at the door ($15 for the judging portion if you want to come to that) and the doors open at 6pm. The show starts at 6:30pm and I think runs until 9pm, maybe later? I don't know when I'll be on stage, but I do know that I'm excited and I hope everyone can make it!! After party is definitely in effect!!! Woo Hoo!!! I'm going to stuff my face, ergh, I mean eat some food and definitely have a drink or two. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be a cheap date that night haha!! Can't wait!!

Update on my measurements.... So far I have measured 3 times, but I can't find my second set of measurements... So I'll post the starting and where I am now...

Chest: 37 to 35.5

Waist: 32 to 30.5

Hip: 40.5 to 39

Thigh: 23 to 22.5

Calf: 14.75 to 14.25

Arm: 10.5 to 10.75
