It's GO time once again!

Hey everyone! I decided to start a brand new blog for what's next and new in my world! I'm kicking it up a notch and charging full speed ahead into fitness, competitions and hopefully fitness modeleing. 

Here is an idea of what you will see:

I will be taking daily pictures of myself during training for my next NPC show and I will post them either once a week or once every two weeks. I'll have weigh ins and measurments on a regular basis and I will have the same posts about my diet, my workouts, how I'm feeling and the results I'm seeing. I will keep you updated on my short term and long term goals and anything in between!

 

FOR THE SHORT TERM:

Losing close to 10lbs by Christmas and another 5lbs by New Years

Weighing at least 150lbs by my sisters wedding on Feb. 11th!!

FOR THE LONG TERM:

NPC Bikini competitions - 3/31, 5/12, 6/2, and 7/13  First three competitons are in NJ or NYC, and 7/13 will be in FL. (Gives me a reason to visit my big brother!)

Also, this time around I would love it if you would share your thoughts, questions and comments with me! Whether good or bad, I'm up for talking about health and wellness!
