Hi hi! So I made it through a great week of eating clean and working out... but the weekend has been a bit of different story. The weekend is always the hardest!! Tomorrow I will bring it back again with the clean eating and kick ass workouts.

I would have to say I love chopped salads with tons of veggies and maybe some salmon or tuna. :o)
