Heya! So I completely kicked butt today! 63minutes on the stairmaster this morning for a 700cal burn! A nice 20 minute sweat bath in the sauna. Tonight I killed my legs for 30 minutes with lunges, squats, glutes and quads.... I'm pretty sure I'm going to feel it tomorrow and I'm excited for it.
I've got some abs left tonight with another sweat and stretch session in the sauna. Ahhhhhh!
Do you ever think you can't make it through your workout? I'm sure it happens to everyone at one point or another... I actually thought I was going to die tonight instead of work on my legs, but after 5 minutes I was in the zone.
No one ever regrets a great workout!!! Just get your butt up and do it!
