Long time no blog!! Lets see, where to begin? I have big dreams and big ideas and I'm starting to work on them all now that life is settling into place. I'm becoming more comfortable in my own skin and my confidence is growing day by day.
I'm taking a new approach to training and eating this time. I'm staying focused by not obsessing over my food, not breaking down when I eat poorly or miss a work out and most importantly I'm going to do my best to not give up. It's always going to be a challenging road, but the challenge is what I like best. I'm not sure where this new mind set will take me, but I know it will bring on bigger and better things!
