Breakfast: 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg (from the awesome local farm) with 1/2 cup zucchini, onions, garlic and basil and 1 piece of Oat Nut bread.
1 hour of agility and strength training with a quick 1 mile run after
Post workout shake: My favorite Spirutein - 2 scoops with water
Next.... Shower then work....
Tonights dinner will most likely be herbed baked chicken with 1/2 cup sweet potatoes and 2 cups veggies. Then before bed will be another shake, 1 scoop.
Gotta love clean eating, it always results in clean energy ;)
