Kick ass cardio!
Want a quick and killer cardio/ agility session in 18 minutes?!?! This works best with an interval timer that you can set for 45 second/ 15 second intervals. I use my cute pink Gymboss... I call it my Personal Trainer.
Pick 5 of your favorite cardio and agility moves
i.e. jumping jacks, burpees, heisman, football runs, verticals jumps, jump squats, hit the floors etc....
Perform the first exercise to the best of your ability for 45 seconds then rest for 15 seconds Perform the second exercise for 45 seconds and rest 15 seconds... And so on for the next 3 exercises.
Once you complete all five, rest for 1 minute 30 seconds (three beeps if your using the timer)
Then repeat entire rotation exactly as above two more times!
